Job Description: The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end delivery for AI, ML, and Generative AI projects. This position offers a unique blend of delivery leadership, architecture oversight, stakeholder management, and team mentorship. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring production-grade deployments and a significant business impact.Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from problem identification to post-launch support.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects.
  • Drive the delivery of cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including LLM-based applications and Agentic AI use cases.
  • Establish and govern robust AI delivery frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficient model lifecycle management.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and ethical AI standards, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging AI/GenAI technologies into delivery practices.
  • Manage delivery budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications effectively.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, analytics, or data science, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI programs.
  • Hands-on expertise in GenAI architectures, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI product delivery.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and large-scale AI deployments.
  • In-depth knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions with tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/GenAI space.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
