This role will provide technical proactive and reactive services for the remotely connected stores across UK using multiple Building Management Systems and ensure measurable reductions in energy usage of controlled assets.
  • BMS Technical & Energy Management Services – Working within the TBS Energy operations team, you will take an active involvement in the support of the all-technical BMS Energy related requirements on a day-to-day basis. Headline responsibilities are as follows:
o Providing 1st response remote fix or technical feedback on diagnosis of faulto Implementing changes to HVAC / Lighting operating parameters in conjunction with the building operations management whilst ensuring that internal building environment is not unduly compromisedo Reviewing, through continuous monitoring, HVAC / Lighting plant status and operating parameters to ensure that optimum settings are not adjusted by others.
  • Liaising with TM & Energy teams as to any operational & Energy issues.
  • Working closely with TBS energy operations team to review processes and support for improvments planned
  • Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
  • Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
  • Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
Graduate (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering) from Tier1 or Tier2 institute.1+ years of experience in BMS systems (Remote & Onsite), HVAC operations and service role within a relevant industry provider.Siemens, Tridium/Niagara and Trend BMS controllers experience advantageous..Basic understanding of BMS control systems and implementing changes in systems like Trend, Tridium, Siemens & Niagara platformAt Tesco, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
