Identifying Tenders wrt Product bag available and following up the same from tenderpublishing to payments collected ACTIVELY by phone/mail/personal visits through salesteam and tender team.

To visit the customers and coordinate with customers, dealers for collection of outstanding

dues of the company including Bank guarantees, tender Deposit & other deposits.

To report on progress stages till completion and getting feedback from concern

departments for delivery and installation of equipment including procurement of turnkeysupplies for customer with proper approvals from management for government projectswith support of Logistics team as a part of tender.

To prepare cost sheet against approved quotation from Management to keep the project

cost under control.

To maintain master sheet of all tenders of company bided for, closed, on-going, with

support of tender executive including BG, Tender deposit open, closed refund received orbeing followed and report to accounts for updating of records along with documentaryevidence for future reference with company.

Share monthly tender submitted sheet (direct and gems) and update the status of each

case on monthly basis

Other activities to be performed at the direction of company, as per company in respect to

above mentioned scope
