Educational Qualification: MBA – Finance or CA/CFA with NISM Capital Markets CertificationRoles & Responsibilities:Lead and oversee research initiatives with an exclusive focus on Midcap companies across various sectors.Conduct in-depth analysis of midcap industry trends, management quality, growth potential, capital structure, and market positioning.Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for midcap firms - including historical and projected balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements - along with DCF or residual income-based valuations.Evaluate business scalability, corporate governance, promoter integrity, earnings visibility, and macro sensitivity typical to midcap investments.Formulate actionable investment recommendations based on thorough company-specific and sector-agnostic analysis.Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, pension funds, and private equity firms with an interest in Mid & Small Cap investments.Mentor and guide junior analysts in developing research capabilities and sectoral breadth across the midcap space.
