Key Responsibilities:Oversee mechanical fabrication activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Manage maintenance planning and execution for mechanical equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.Lead project construction activities, including site execution, supervision, and coordination with contractors and vendors.Handle detailed engineering activities such as preparation and review of mechanical drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, process) during project execution.Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and company policies at site.Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and material availability to meet timelines.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of fabrication engineering and mechanical maintenanceHands-on experience in project construction & site supervisionExpertise in mechanical detail engineeringAbility to manage contractors and multi-disciplinary teamsGood understanding of industrial safety standardsStrong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
