The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user access oversight, system support, and issue resolution.

Perform daily user provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications.
Maintain and monitor the team support mailbox, responding to user queries and access-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve application access issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with internal access control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of access requests, changes, and issue resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service to internal users and stakeholders.

Mandatory skills:

8+ Years of experience in User Access Provisioning/Deprovisioning in a corporate IT environment.
6+ Strong system support background, particularly in troubleshooting access-related issues.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
