- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately tracking prospects and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients during the sales process.
- Educate clients on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to refine our sales approach and product offerings.
- Share feedback from the field with the product development team to help improve our products.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in medical equipment sales, preferably in a technical sales role.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance is an advantage.
