JOB PROFILEAs Finance function business partner, provide professional recommendations and drive decision making within responsible areas.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAs Business Controller, you will contribute to achieve the overall operational and financial goals for responsible areas. Work closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization in order to proactively identify opportunities and threats and based on these develop and implement fit-for-purpose actionable and anchored actions.Included but not limited in below tasks:
  • FCs: prepare FC form, offer support to analyze the cost and review/update FC, prepare summay/consolidation of FC, input FC into finance system One Stream for serving entities and responsible for area
  • SLA management: SLA contracts to be signed off , SLA calculation, SLA forecast consolidation and answer related inquires
  • China KPI:prepare summary of financial KPIs for all China entities, identify problems and risky areas.
  • Workflow / process define: structured way of identifying improvement potential, agree upon activities and follow-up result
  • Communication and coordination with global / local stakeholders: Regular communicate with local / global stakeholders, tracking and analysis actual A&S cost
  • Cost Management and monthly closing monitoring: Monthly Reports & analysis,manage capital expenditures / cost control, and provide proactive ad-hoc analysis, provide recommendations & drive decision making for financial perspective on operational issues
EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or/and Business Administration
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience of senior Business controlling position in large matrix organisation
  • Very high integrity and self-motivation
  • Knowledge and skills in accounting
  • Business sense must be well developed
  • Ability to handle a high work load and a flexible work time zone
  • Ability to build and cultivate cross functional teams
  • High level cross-functional communication skills
  • Identification, analysis and responding to gaps & opportunities
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
