The role ensures that employees experience a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace environment.Coordination of on-site services, catering, maintenance and vendors.Stakeholders: Regular interaction with employees, visitors, and service partners.Key Accountability & Decision OwnershipDaily operations: Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security, reception, and meeting room support.Health & safety: Apply local H&S procedures, manage incidents, and escalate risks.Service coordination: Monitor service requests and follow up on completion and quality.Workplace support: Support desk booking, room setup, events, and employee queries.Inventory & vendors: Manage local supplies, access passes, and vendor visitsMaintain Health & Safety compliance, audits, and incident reportingSupport employee engagement and wellness initiativesKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperienced in workplace operations, office management, or facilities supportStrong vendor management & negotiation experienceKnowledge of Health & Safety frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities.Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.Strong organizational and front-of-house / customer service skills.We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
