Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed design for construction projects to the contract stage.
Providing technical direction to the design crew, assigning tasks, instructing in procedures, and ensuring the orderly progress of the project
Reviews and revises and completes design projects.
Supervises revision of plans of projects let to contract.
Undertakes independent studies or assignments.
Deals with written enquiries assigned originating either from public or from other government agencies.
Directing the preparation of drawings and estimates in specific application.
Acquaintance with design codes and manuals
Contract Clauses interpretation.
To incorporate state of art technology

Qualifications:
