- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Manage and streamline deployments using Gearset, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).
- Leverage Einstein AI capabilities for predictive analytics, lead scoring, and enhancing Salesforce automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, maintain code quality, and provide scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
- Experience with Gearset for Salesforce deployments and release management.
- Solid understanding and practical implementation of Salesforce Einstein AI tools (e.g., Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Next Best Action).
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via REST APIs and middleware solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Data Model.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiar with Github, JIRA and Confluence a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Einstein Consultant).
- Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce orgs with complex customizations and large data volumes.
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
- Exposure to version control systems like Git and collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
