About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, Gearset for CI/CD, Einstein AI, and system integrations using REST APIs. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs and enhance the user experience. Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Manage and streamline deployments using Gearset, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).
Leverage Einstein AI capabilities for predictive analytics, lead scoring, and enhancing Salesforce automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, maintain code quality, and provide scalable and maintainable solutions.
Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
Experience with Gearset for Salesforce deployments and release management.
Solid understanding and practical implementation of Salesforce Einstein AI tools (e.g., Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Next Best Action).
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via REST APIs and middleware solutions.
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Data Model.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiar with Github, JIRA and Confluence a plus.
Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Einstein Consultant).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce orgs with complex customizations and large data volumes.
Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
Exposure to version control systems like Git and collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
