Job Description Summary Monitor end to end order fulfillment process from customer order receipt until goods are ready to be shipped to customerJob DescriptionAssociate AnalystLocation – Hyderabad #LI HybridAbout the Role:Monitor end to end order fulfillment process from customer order receipt until goods are ready to be shipped to customerKey Responsibilities:Data exchange – ensure the data is processed for the order fulfillment process to be continued.Monitoring scope – ensure customer orders are transmitted to Novartis system and other related stakeholders timely.IDOC processing (intermediate document) – liaising with internal stakeholder for order creation.On time conversion of purchase requisition to purchase order, timely creation and monitoring of Inbound, Outbound and Goods Receipt.Creation and monitoring of any changes in the orders, back-order monitoring.Ensure full data accuracy and timeliness in all the deliverables as per customer expectations.Establishes and vigorously monitors and report KPIs and take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: :We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Essential Requirements:1-3 years of work-experience in Order Management.Graduate or Postgraduate in Science / Pharmacy / Business Administration.Prior working knowledge of SAP - MM & PP is an advantage.Ensure blocks/issues in scope are removed/resolved/escalated within defined timeline SPOCs for stakeholders.Provide enhancements or area of improvements to the customersWork closely with the team, provide suggestions of process optimization, governance KPI reporting.Perform tool transactions to ensure order fulfilment.Desirable Requirements:Robust influencing skills and ability to align stakeholders.Skilled at independently managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
