- Lead the Asset Servicing function in Pune, overseeing a large team and significant operational scope. Responsible for the execution for the front to back processing in the site for the function.
- Execute global strategic initiatives in partnership with Operations, Business, and Technology. Drive strategic platform re-engineering initiatives, significantly reducing manual touch points, with documented measurable improvements
- Spear head the transformation and simplification of the Asset Servicing operating model in Pune, optimizing efficiency and service delivery.
- Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing Straight Through Processing (STP) rates and productivity through robotics, workflow optimization, and innovative re-engineering techniques.
- Adopt an executive approach to risk awareness, leading the transformation of the control framework, collaborating with regional peers to achieve global consistency in processes and controls across the function.
- Drive solutions and enhanced client satisfaction and service levels by establishing a robust operational framework for issue identification, remediation, and performance tracking through digital automation and refined design techniques.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent, and meaningful executive reporting and analytics to identify critical trends and themes.
- Manage and contribute to the development and achievement of location strategy and productivity targets.
- Develop and manage the comprehensive People Strategy for the Pune Asset Servicing footprint.
- Hire, develop, and reward staff based on meritocracy, fostering a collaborative and diverse environment, and identifying high-performing talent.
- Support and partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Client Delivery, Technology) and external corporate clients.
- Contribute to budget planning and manage financial distribution and exceptions.
- Present, analyze, and validate data to develop value-added solutions that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Build and cultivate a well-structured and diverse team, directly contributing to organizational culture and talent objectives.
- Implement a successful People and Engagement strategy, attracting, developing, retaining, and recognizing a diverse and talented global workforce.
- Led and coordinate strategic change initiatives based on Voice of Employee (VOE) survey results.
- Establish and contribute to a Global Training Framework, ensuring an efficient and effective training structure.
- Manage talent development within the group, building a robust succession pipeline for all roles and levels.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cultivated a robust service and control environment.
- Provide effective coaching and mentorship to team members.

- 10+ years of senior leadership experience with proven expertise in people management within a relevant industry.
- Extensive experience in Asset Servicing operations.
- Demonstrate success in delivering strategic change programs, particularly within Operations environments.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive leader capable of driving significant product impact across strategic and tactical technology initiatives.
- Proven management experience within Banking and Financial Institutions, coupled with a broad understanding of the financial services landscape
- Exceptional and influential communication skills, adept at engaging with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Possesses a strong risk management and control mindset, applying astute evaluative judgment in complex, dynamic situations, drawing upon diverse information sources.
