Lead continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity gains, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and analytical Software.7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.8. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.9. Train and mentor industrial engineering team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Qualifications:BE / B.
