- Experience in creating high-level and low-level documentation for software projects, with a preference for those within the iGaming domain.- A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Demonstrated ability to develop various essential documents, including: - Statements of Work (SOW) - Functional and Technical Specifications - User Stories and corresponding Acceptance Criteria - Comprehensive Test Plans, detailed Test Cases, and concise Release Notes - Clear and accurate API Documentation and Integration Guides- Proven experience in visually representing information through User Flows, Process Maps, and Wireframes.- Proficiency in utilizing collaborative tools such as Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, and MS Word etc. for documentation purposes.- Practical experience with diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, or Visio to create informative visuals.- Excellent collaboration skills, enabling effective communication and teamwork with Product Management (PM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Development teams.- The capacity to articulate intricate technical concepts in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner within documentation.- Familiarity with iGaming platforms, player interaction flows, back-office systems, and relevant regulatory documentation would be preferred but not mandatory.
