Support site leader in creating contents, presentations & readout for various events and leadership briefings.
Work with all corporate communication stakeholders to manage all internal/external communications.
Partner with GCC transformation Office to drive transformation office agenda.
Work with all key GCC stakeholders to articulate GCC value story for global organization.
Work with various strategic partners to gather market intelligence about India as a value destination for all tech and business functions.
Leverage GCC value story and market intelligence information to create compelling use case for capabilities to setup their presence in Kenvue GCC.
Strategic - Translate Global and regional business agenda for the Capability Center into Goals and measurable dashboards.
Partners with HR on people initiatives, CSR and D&I programs in alignment with global charter.
