Location: NoidaAs a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting team that is focused on recruiting students to our higher education programs in the UK, Europe, Australia, and the USA. You will be the main point of contact for leads that are generated from multiple sources, and you will be expected to sell over the phone, through email, and even occasionally in person. It's important that you always deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly attitude. This role is a great way to showcase your communication, sales, and customer service skills.ABOUT THE ROLE
- Management of leads within agreed SLA times
- Nurture leads to a point that they are ready to be passed to our Sales Advisors for conversion
- Facilitate Student Enrolment Advisors in the management of their sales pipeline with high-level detail and responsibility of student enquiry through to student arrival in study centre
- Education advisory discussions with students, parents and school stakeholders advising on our portfolio of products
- Management of student information and applications through our CRM system SalesForce and managing own emails and telephone calls
- High level of customer service and attention to detail in addressing student and parent questions
- Understanding the scope of the business and industry to identify opportunities for business development and marketing to increase student enrolment
- Responsible for achieving targets set for business growth
- Experience working in a sales-related role within the education industry (essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and education system
- Tertiary education, preferably with overseas education experience (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPIs (essential)
- CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com (Not essential)
- Experience working in a sales/marketing-related role with an understanding of business
- Fluent in English (Essential)
