General PurposeWe are looking for an experienced and imaginative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist at INFABIO. you will be responsible for developing and administering our Social Media work-plan in order to increase our online existence and enhance our marketing and sales endeavours. You will be working intimately with our departments concerning Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for being a part of relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and potential customers.Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Job Skills and RequirementsRequired:

BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
You might be required to work in shifts supporting US or UK timings.

Preferred:

Fluency in English
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
