- A regulatory approved transport system that safely and efficiently transports cryogenic liquid over public roadways.
- The system utilizes cryogenic liquid tanks and trailers designed for movement by a variety of commercial semi-truck tractors. It can include liquid cryogenic rail cars.
- The system must be thermally efficient to minimize liquid evaporation rate during transport. It must also incorporate all jurisdictional required safety components and functions.
- Create segment vision and provide strong leadership to bring products to market across a matrixed organization.
- Manage segment P&L.
- Forecast orders, sales and margins through the AOP process and monthly forecast process.
- Ensure manufacturing plans will support business growth needs.
- Work with global Hydrogen team members in US, Europe and Asia to fine tune our product offerings, manufacturing capabilities and targeted selling approach.
- Work with domestic commercial team members on an industrial gas trailer product line strategy.
- Support the Product Funnel and 5-Phase Product Development Process.
- Collaborate with product development Program Managers in the execution of pilot projects.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop and maintain a marketing plan for the segment
- Develop pricing strategy that wins market share and maximizes profitability.
- Partner with the sales team in facilitating product presentations and addressing RFIs and RFQs.
- Develop a product and aftersales support plan, with the mindset of generating revenue through this channel.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, salespeople, engineers and site operations personnel.
- 5+ years product, project or business management experience
- 3-5 years' experience with mechanical, cryogenic or related fuel system products preferred.
- Experience successfully launching new products.
- Product development and commercialization experience within the energy market is an advantage.
- Be available to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce CRM, and JD Edwards E1 MRP system
