Description and Requirements Junior Service Desk Engineer (I) Job Responsibilities Understanding of the use of common office applications desktop operation and maintenance, in English by telephone, e-mail, online communication and other work to provide IT technical support and services to users, the content includes not limited to: 1. Provide service support including troubleshooting, service request, information inquiry, ticket update, and operation guidance for operating system & application software, network, and information security based on the client's standard software. (II) Qualifications: 1. Good oral English, can listen, read, and write, English language proficiency certificate is preferred. 2. IT related work experience of one year and above or computer major is preferred. 3. Good service consciousness, and teamwork spirit. 4. Strong learning ability and cheerful personality. 5. Strong communication and understanding ability. 6. Able to accept 7.24 night-shift rotation. Intermediate Service Desk Engineer (I) Job responsibilities Skilled in the use of common office applications desktop operation and maintenance, in English by telephone, e-mail, online communication and other work to provide IT technical support and services to users, including but not limited to: 1. Provide service support including troubleshooting, service request, information inquiry, ticket update, and operation guidance for operating system & application software, network, and information security based on the client's standard software. 2. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance work, such as: Windows OS, Office365 field, AD field. 3. Application of desktop network related skills (wired, wireless, VPN connection, etc.), configuration and debugging of small network devices (router, HUB). 4. Account management support. (II) Qualifications: 1. Good oral English, fluent in listening, reading, and writing. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, three or more years of relevant work experience in desktop operation and maintenance 3. Excellent service consciousness, and teamwork spirit. 4. Strong learning ability and cheerful personality. 5. Excellent communication and understanding ability. 6. Able to accept 7.24 night-shift rotation. 7. Proficient in the basic functions and use of commonly used office software, able to install and use standard office software, basic daily software debugging and problem-solving skills. 8. Have basic network knowledge, familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN, Dot1x, STP and other working principles. 9. Familiar with the working principle of Windows AD domain environment. 10. Good ability to resist pressure.
