AI Intern

• Contribute to the ideation, design, and development of GenAI features such as chatbots, automated assistants, and custom workflow agents using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Implement robust, scalable code with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms (DSA).
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate user demands and research insights into functional prototypes.
• Integrate and evaluate LLM-based solutions for conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, and content generation tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control efforts to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Engage in rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and performance evaluation of generative models and their outputs.
• Demonstrate initiative by sharing learnings from hackathons, side projects, or previous internships with the team.

• Experience (Academic or Practical):

• Strong command of data structures and algorithms, demonstrated through coursework, competitive programming, or validated online platforms.
• Prior experience developing generative AI applications or prototyping with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks (project, course, or internship-based).
• Successful participation in major hackathons, coding competitions, or relevant projects is a strong plus.
• Previous internship(s) or substantial open-source contributions in AI, NLP, or backend Python roles preferred.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (preferred: experience with AI/ML libraries).
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, text-processing pipelines.
• Basic software engineering hygiene: working with Git, writing unit tests, and using collaborative tools (e.g., GitHub, Notion, Jira).
• Exposure to web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) is a plus.
• Collaboration & Communication:

• Eagerness to learn from mentorship and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Able to communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
