A leading global mobile gaming platform is seeking a General Manager – Game Studios to take full ownership of a high-performing portfolio generating over $100M in annual revenue.This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi-genre game studio through its next phase of growth, with full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to shape strategy, launch new titles, and drive innovation across a diverse catalogue of 30+ games.What You’ll Do:
- Own the P&L for all game groups, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap across multiple genres.
- Lead cross-functional teams across game design, product, engineering, and marketing.
- Oversee the full game lifecycle – from concept to live ops.
- Partner with marketing and UA to scale player acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with real money gaming regulations.
- Report directly to the executive leadership team.
- Experience managing a game studio or portfolio with $75M+ P&L.
- Proven success launching and scaling games across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of game mechanics, player behaviour, and monetisation.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Experience with machine learning in gaming is a plus.
