Support long term planning and investor processes. Meet our team As part of the Corporate FP&A team, you will play a critical role in assuring that we meet internal and external expectations. This is a high impact, high visibility position with exposure to PayPal's senior leadership team. Your way to impact You will be part of key short- and long-term strategic decision making, and support the leadership team managing the business Your day to day In your day-to-day role you will: Analyze, understand, and explain internal and external trends, incorporating the outside in view / external environment into internal plans Lead total payment volume and revenue analysis and reporting Collaborate with the various businesses' stakeholders to understand key strategic areas of development and translate them into solid financial plan Integrate revenue analysis into long-term planning processes Streamline planning processes Create presentations for the senior leadership team to support decision making process Support Earnings and investors day workstreams and other Corporate FP&A recurring processes (such as weekly pacing, monthly business reviews, Board of directors' meetings) What do you need to bring World-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, willingness to do whatever it takes to get to the results Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Proven track record in FP&A or related finance functions, Corporate development, Strategic finance, Investment banking, or Equity research MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
