Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant VA to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks such as scheduling, email management, document preparation, and data entry, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work setting.Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportManage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.Handle email management: filter, respond, and organize inboxes.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain digital filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents.Data Entry & DocumentationInput and update data accurately in spreadsheets, CRMs, or databases.Prepare invoices, receipts, and simple financial records when required.Maintain records and reports for easy retrieval.Communication & CoordinationAct as a point of contact for internal and external communications.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members as needed.Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines.Task & Project ManagementManage to-do lists, track progress, and follow up on pending tasks.Support executives or managers with daily operational tasks.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or MS Office Suite.Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Preferred Tools & Knowledge:Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeProject Management Tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)Communication Platforms (Slack, Zoom)Basic knowledge of CRM software (a plus)
