This role is pivotal in enhancing organizational effectiveness, standardizing business processes, and supporting business head directives.Key Responsibilities:Business Management & AdministrationSupport the Business Head in driving performance and strategic initiativesOversee daily business operations and administrative support functionsManage office facilities, compliance, SOPs, audits, and vendor relationsStreamline communication and reporting across departmentsFinance SupportAssist in budgeting, expense control, and financial KPIsCoordinate periodic performance reviewsAlign financial operations with business goalsLogistics & ProcurementPartner with supply chain teams for strategic sourcingOversee vendor management, supplier compliance, and logistics planningEnsure cost-efficient and high-quality procurement processesKey Competencies:Leadership & organizational developmentStakeholder management & cross-functional collaborationAnalytical mindset & process improvement focusExpertise in business operations, finance & supply chainStrong communication and administrative managementQualifications:Postgraduate / MBA (Male candidates only)10–15 years of experience in business excellence, administration, or strategic operationsExperience managing cross-functional teams and supporting finance or supply chain functionsPrior exposure to global business environments preferredInternal Collaboration:Close coordination with Management, Logistics, Accounts, Finance & Procurement teams across India, DRC, Uganda, Zambia, and China
