Functional SME/Business Analyst (Auto Finance/Asset Finance Domain)

• business processes analysis, identify pain points, recommend best practices

• Prioritize development initiatives
• Articulate user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
• Manage backlog of user stories for one or more projects/features.
• Establish user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
• Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
• Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
• Monitor the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders as requested.
• Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
• Interact with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs
• Play a pivotal role in implementing Asset Finance (AAF) Solution and its various modules
• Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing and UAT
• Assist PS/Pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to clients
• Support sales organization and process with specific market/domain expertise and product knowledge
• Research client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications
• Gain a thorough understanding of product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of Auto & Leasing Finance requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients.

• At least 10 plus years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance) domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
• Experience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change management.
• Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development.
• Acumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Positive team-oriented attitude.
