TRDP Happy World Pvt. Ltd. Is leading company in Bakery and other food products under brand name of MARIO. It has widespread presence across India and other countries. At present we export our products to 27 countries including very prominent USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Gulf Countries. We are expanding in our international market exponentially. We have current vacancy for the Export Assistant Manager for our Rajokari, New Delhi office (near Aero city Metro station).The RoleYou will be responsible for :
  • Coordinating Export Operations: Assisting the Export Manager in managing and overseeing the expor operations of the company. This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and maintaining accurate export documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to enhance business relationships.
  • Order Processing: Managing export orders from receipt to delivery. This includes coordinating with production and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, and tracking shipments to ensure on‐time delivery.
  • Pricing and Quotations: Assisting in determining export pricing strategies based on market conditions, production costs, and competition. Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations to customers and negotiating pricing terms when required.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements of the importing countries. Preparing export documents, including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and export licenses, and verifying their accuracy.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, manage customs clearance, and track shipments. Ensuring smooth logistics operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Export Reporting: Compiling and analyzing export data, sales figures, and market trends to generate reports for management. Assisting in evaluating export performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as sales, production, finance, and marketing to ensure effective communication and coordination in export‐related activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and market trends. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years as Export Customer Executive in FMCG sector.
  • Qualification: BBA or MBA from reputed college.
  • You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
