Your expertise will guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring that both product development and sustenance delivery are executed effectively through the collaboration and enhancement of team skills. This position emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in SAP technologies.(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Comprehensive Sap Abap Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Ensuring Alignment With Client Specifications And Project Standards.2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) On Sap Abap, Providing Technical Guidance And Best Practice Recommendations To The Team And Stakeholders.3. Ensure The Continuous Upgradation Of Knowledge By Exploring And Integrating New Sap Technologies, Maintaining The Relevance And Quality Of Solutions Delivered To Clients.4. Facilitate Training And Mentorship For Team Members In Sap Abap, Promoting Skill Development To Enhance Team Capability And Mitigate Delivery Risks.5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications And Client Requirements To Deliver Tailored Sap Solutions That Effectively Address Business Challenges.6. Conduct Thorough Reviews Of Project Deliverables To Guarantee Adherence To Quality Standards And Best Practices In Sap Abap Development.7.
