Your primary focus will be on devising and executing engagement strategies, leading discussions, arranging interviews, and leveraging social media to establish our company as a thought leader in the healthcare field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative engagement strategies to foster a thriving healthcare community. Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare businesses, experts, thought leaders, and existing community members. Create and implement comprehensive community network plans aligned with organizational objectives. Facilitate direct communication with target groups through effective networking efforts. Promote and organize both virtual and physical events using a variety of community building tools. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to implement programs and initiatives that contribute to community growth and brand awareness. Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Journalism, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development and outreach, with a preference for experience in organizing virtual communities. Ability to identify, analyze, and maintain partnerships that benefit the healthcare community and the company. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in organizing virtual communities. Proficiency in utilizing community building tools and platforms.
