Job Description:Job Title SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Implementation ManagerJob Summary SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Implementation Manageris responsible for configuring implementing and supporting the employee central Compensation and ECPS4 within the SAP SuccessFactors suite This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders HR teams and IT professionals to understand the organizations talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning requirements configuring the system accordingly and ensure successful deployment and adoption of these modulesKey ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for Employee Central recruitment and succession planning processesUnderstand the organizations existing talent acquisition Employee Central Comp related processesIdentify gaps between current processes and SuccessFactors capabilities and propose solutionsSystem Configuration and ImplementationConfigure the Employee Central module including Employee Central processes task assignments and integrations with other systems eg Employee Central CompSet up and configure the Compa ratio and offer managementDevelop and maintain configuration documentation test scripts and user guidesData Migration and IntegrationDesign and execute data migration strategies for job requisitions candidate data and succession planning dataEnsure data integrity security and compliance with data privacy regulationsImplement integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems eg applicant tracking systems background check providers learning management systemsTesting and User AcceptanceDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modulesCoordinate user acceptance testing UAT and gather feedback from stakeholdersResolve issues and defects identified during testingTraining and SupportDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers HR administrators and support teamsProvide ongoing support troubleshooting and issue resolution for the implemented modulesCollaborate with the support team to address incidents and service requestsContinuous Improvement and OptimizationMonitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizationsStay up to date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features related to talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planningRecommend and implement process improvements and system enhancementsQualifications and RequirementsBachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Human Resources or a related fieldExtensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modulesStrong understanding of talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning processes and best practicesProficient in system configuration data migration and integration techniquesExperience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processesExcellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules SAP Certified consultant Application Associate is preferredExperience Level10 years of experience in SF Employee Central Compensation implementationShould have done at least 35 implementationsDesignation Implementation consultant SAP SuccessFactors ManagerSkills:Mandatory Skills : SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay,SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)About Company:LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
