The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and deal closures. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships. Responsibilities Developing and executing strategic sales plans Converting leads into clients Identifying and developing new business opportunities Creating proposals and presentation material Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process Managing customer relationships Conduct Demos with high ticket clients Maintain long lasting relationships with the prospective and existing clients Qualifications Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience in lead generation and market research Ideal Work experience in Sales: 0 to 2 years Ability to create effective and engaging presentations Knowledge of the online education industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment Experience in the education technology industry is a plus CTC - 4.5L (Fixed) + 3L (Variable) Location - HSR, Bangalore
