Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per monthAbout the Role:At Reneev Developers, we’re seeking a proactive and field-driven Channel Sales Representative to strengthen
our sourcing network for residential real estate projects. This individual will be responsible for identifying,
onboarding, and activating brokers and channel partners while ensuring consistent lead generation, site visit
coordination, and closure assistance.
This is a high-impact, field-oriented role ideal for individuals with strong people skills and a passion for
network-building in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Broker & Channel Partner Onboarding
o Identify and engage a strong network of local brokers, property agents, and independent
channel partners.
o Conduct onboarding meetings, project briefings, and training on lead sharing protocols.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification
o Source leads through the channel partner ecosystem and ensure they meet basic qualification
criteria.
o Share accurate project information with partners to enable effective communication with
prospects.
3. Site Visit Coordination
o Ensure sourced leads are converted into confirmed site visits.
o Liaise with the in-house sales team to hand over the lead and ensure timely follow-up.
4. Relationship Management
o Maintain ongoing engagement with the channel network through regular updates, incentive
briefings, and relationship-building activities.
o Act as the primary point of contact for all channel-related queries.
5. Tracking & Reporting
o Maintain updated records of active partners, leads sourced, and incentive status.
o Share weekly reports on partner performance and lead-to-site visit ratios.
6. Project Presentation
o Provide detailed project briefings including unit plans, pricing, amenities, and lifestyle
benefits.
o Answer queries related to project timelines, legal documents, payment plans, etc.
o Share brochures, walkthroughs, and additional project material as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)
- Strong broker/channel network within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Field-ready attitude with high ownership and accountability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
