- Experience: 6-12 yrs
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Watsonx Orchestrate solutions for enterprise clients.
- Have idea of IBM Watsonx other products like Watsonx.AI and Watsonx Assistant
- Working knowledge of using and deploying apps in IBM Cloud
- Understanding of Python programming and Agentic AI based systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into orchestrated automation journeys.
- Develop, configure, and customize skills and workflows within Watsonx Orchestrate.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in orchestration, automation, and AI adoption.
- Stay updated on AI/automation trends, contributing to innovation and best practices.
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship capacity.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Watsonx Orchestrate: building skills, designing workflows, integrations.
- Have idea of IBM Watsonx other products like Watsonx.AI and Watsonx Assistant
- Working knowledge of using and deploying apps in IBM Cloud
- Understanding of Python programming and Agentic AI based systems
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (NLP, machine learning lifecycle, LLMs, prompt engineering).
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Good exposure to enterprise automation/RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
