- To generate new corporate relationship (COCO’s)
- To conduct regular activities in corporates /ATM’s for lead generation
- To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products
- Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria
- To increase salary penetration of bank’s share in corporates having multiple banking relationships
- Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts
- To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by the bank
- To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate
- To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits
- Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer
- Ensure each corporate has positive profitability
- Ensure contact with key people at the corporate
- 100% Portfolio Corporates to be visited in person in every 2 months.
- Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sell
- To maintain call reports and MIS as required
- Ensure that all corporates are migrated on to E-net salary upload system
- Corporate Sales and Influencing Skills
- Excellent skill in Relationship Management
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Communication
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
- Good knowledge of liability and third party Products like Mutual Fund and Insurance
- Minimum experience in years – 3 yr
- Exposure to related field
