Role Description This is a full-time role for a Woodworking Faculty at HRdians Consultancy. As a Woodworking Faculty, you will be responsible for conducting woodwork training sessions, developing instructional materials, providing guidance to students, assessing student progress, and maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment. This role is an on-site position located in Surat. Qualifications Expertise in woodworking techniques and knowledge of various woodworking tools and machinery Experience in teaching woodworking skills and conducting practical workshops Strong ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate woodworking concepts Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students Relevant certifications or qualifications in woodworking or related fields
