Serving industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, and power, we deliver innovative, efficient, and environmentally compliant solutions worldwide.Role Overview:We are seeking a Process Engineer with ~5 years of experience in the oil & gas / petrochemical sector to support the design and execution of combustion and environmental systems, particularly within the Flares and Incinerators division. The role involves process design, technical evaluation, and cross-functional coordination with global teams.\nKey Responsibilities:
  • Review client specifications and develop techno-commercial process solutions.
  • Perform process calculations, simulations, and equipment sizing for flares, incinerators, and related systems.
  • Prepare and review Turnover Packages for project execution teams.
  • Evaluate sub-vendor technical offers and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct process optimization, combustion calculations, and emissions analysis.
  • Support design reviews and release for fabrication.
  • Assist project and service teams in troubleshooting, commissioning support, and site activities.
  • Participate in client discussions and technical clarifications.
  • Execute engineering studies for revamps, retrofits, and new installations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Process design and simulation
  • Combustion systems / flare systems (preferred)
  • Equipment sizing and PFD/P&ID interpretation
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety practices
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial considerations
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS or equivalent)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on quality and delivery
