Reports To: Marketing Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online traffic, improving brand presence, generating leads, and enhancing user engagement through SEO, paid media, content marketing, email campaigns, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to optimize spend and performance. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.2. Performance Marketing - Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. - Oversee keyword research, bid management, ad copy, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. - Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy as needed.3. SEO & Content Marketing - Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO). - Collaborate with content writers to develop and publish high-quality, keyword-rich content. - Track and improve domain authority, backlinks, and organic search rankings.4. Social Media Marketing - Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms. - Build engagement strategies to grow followers and community interaction. - Analyze metrics and user behavior to refine social content strategies.5. Email & CRM Marketing - Design and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. - Manage contact segmentation, drip campaigns, and customer journey flows. - Measure email KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.6. Analytics & Reporting - Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and dashboards to track KPIs. - Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations. - Develop data-driven insights to influence future campaigns.- Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). - Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion rate optimization. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. - Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.Preferred Qualifications: - Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. - Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS tools. - Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). - Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Growth in website traffic and conversion rate. - ROI on paid campaigns. - Organic search ranking improvements. - Social media engagement metrics. - Lead generation volume and quality.
