Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity:We're on the lookout for a young, dynamic Full Stack Developer who brings both strong technical skills and a forward-looking mindset. If you have 1-3 years of experience working across modern web stacks and are eager to take ownership of features, drive technical decisions, and grow into a future leader - this is the opportunity for you. You'll be part of a high-impact team responsible for migrating a legacy system to a modern React-based architecture and building scalable, intuitive applications that directly support our business goals.What You'll Do:

Build performant, reusable front-end components using React, Next.js, MUI, and TypeScript
Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and business logic
Write and optimize queries on Azure SQL Server
Collaborate across design and backend teams to deliver seamless features
Utilize API responses effectively within front-end interfaces
Contribute to the migration from legacy Visual Basic/.NET systems (no hands-on legacy work
required)
Bring fresh ideas, lead initiatives, and own delivery end-to-end over time

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of full stack development experience
Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and component libraries like MUI
Solid understanding of backend processes and database handling, especially with Azure SQL
Exposure to cloud-based deployments (Azure preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
A self-starter who's not afraid to take the lead and grow into one.
