- 10+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably within manufacturing, industrial services, or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in direct sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales techniques.
- Educational Preference: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.
