- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative channels to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Schedule discovery meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to build and refine lead lists and outreach strategies.
- Research target accounts to personalize outreach and build strong rapport with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and other KPIs.
- Continuously optimize outreach messaging, cadence, and targeting to improve response and conversion rates.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company professionally and enthusiastically in all communications.
- 1-5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or similar customer-facing role-preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in outbound sales with a track record of exceeding outreach and lead generation targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups.
- Exposure to sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, BANT, or MEDDIC.
