As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter based in India to support our growing team and client base.Role SummaryAs a Technical Recruiter at TGB, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, with a focus on the U.S. market. You will engage directly with candidates, assess technical and cultural fit, coordinate interview logistics, and serve as a bridge between our clients and top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and define role requirementsCreate and post job descriptions using AI tools and RecruiterflowScreen candidates for compensation fit, visa/work eligibility (for U.S. roles), and role alignmentBriefly assess technical knowledge to validate experience and identify any red flagsCoordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth process for all stakeholdersGather and document interview feedback from internal screeners and clientsCommunicate interview outcomes and next steps to candidates professionallySubmit shortlisted candidates with summaries and insights to clientsSupport candidates and clients throughout the interview and onboarding processRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (preferably with a staffing or consulting firm)Experience supporting U.S. clients and familiarity with U.S. hiring practices and visa categoriesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in using ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Recruiterflow, LinkedIn Recruiter)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyComfortable working partial U.S. hours (preferably 6 PM to 10 PM IST for candidate coordination)Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with technical roles such as Salesforce Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, etc.Prior experience identifying and screening fake or inflated resumesExposure to healthcare technology recruiting is a plus
