Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

Designing and implementation of a robust secrets and key management infrastructure, leveraging tools like HashiCorp Vault, to integrate seamlessly with the company's entire ecosystem
Building and maintaining automation for secret management lifecycle, ensuring security compliance
Improving secrets management automation by leveraging modern techniques, including policy-as-code, AI-driven security automation, and infrastructure as code
Defining and enforcing secrets management policies while mentoring teams on best practices

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Experience 3+ years in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and secrets management for large-scale distributed systems
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Spinnaker), and secrets injection
Strong Knowledge of public clouds - AWS/Azure/GCP
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Hands-on experience integrating HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud KMS, or similar technologies
Experience developing infrastructure automation and self-service tooling for secrets management
