Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the import and export operations of the company
Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation
Coordinate and negotiate with international suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
Handle import and export documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth import and export processes
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Maintain relationships with customs authorities and other relevant parties
Stay updated on changes in import and export regulations and requirements
