- MBA in Sales & Marketing Experience: 2- 3 years’ experience in Alco - Bev sales or
- Has the self-confidence to deal with people across levels
- Happy to spend majority of time in the market

- Identification of Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack opportunities basis available data and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities
- Update of Must Win Battle performance, highlighting of red-flags, and monitoring of specific initiatives, monitoring and reporting of Width of Distribution
- Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly & annual dashboard and reports that assist in business planning and deployment.
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy.
- Analyze on-going basis opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses affecting growth and national / regional programs and report information to business head.
- Delivers against strategic priorities in the product line areas mentioned above. They have overall responsibility for successful delivery including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure. Key skills such as stakeholder management, influencing and communication will be essential to success in this role.
