We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.Key ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional delivery of next-generation Wearables products across different devices. You will drive end-to-end program execution from early concept through launch, aligning teams across hardware, software, product, operations, and external partners to deliver high-quality consumer products on schedule.

Lead the end-to-end device program through the full product development lifecycle (concept → development builds → launch), owning the integrated plan and critical path.
Drive cross-functional execution across HW/SW/Product/Ops, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, and decision-making.
Own program health: schedule, milestones, scope management, risks/issues, and mitigation plans; surface tradeoffs and drive resolution.
Run cadence and communication: exec/stakeholder updates, operating rhythms, reviews, and decision logs; proactively “look around corners.”
Coordinate builds and readiness with internal teams and (as needed) external vendors/partners to ensure launch readiness.
Enable predictable execution by introducing the right level of process (without slowing innovation) and continuously improving program workflows.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in product validation or testing, with a focus on Leading Teams.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs delivering consumer products (HW/SW integration strongly preferred).
Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams and understand system-level dependencies.
Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, drive alignment through influence, and communicate crisply to a wide stakeholder set.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with wearables, mobile-connected devices, or consumer electronics (e.g., cameras, audio, sensors, power/thermal, connectivity).
Experience managing programs with external ODM/OEM/vendors and multi-site execution.
Familiarity with reliability/quality, launch readiness, and post-launch sustainment.
