- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with statutory requirements, industry standards, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders and management to draft employee handbooks, codes of conduct, disciplinary frameworks, and workplace ethics guidelines.
- Ensure effective communication of policies across the organization and provide guidance to managers and employees for smooth implementation.
- Conduct periodic HR audits to assess compliance with labor laws, internal controls, and organizational standards.
- Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance issues in HR processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal opportunity policies, health and safety regulations, and data protection standards.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation for leadership and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and manage a transparent grievance redressal system to address employee concerns effectively and impartially.
- Investigate employee complaints, policy violations, or workplace conflicts with confidentiality and fairness.
- Partner with managers to resolve disputes, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure grievance handling is compliant with legal requirements and aligned with organizational values.
- Support the HR function in strengthening governance frameworks and ethical business practices.
- Develop monitoring mechanisms to ensure adherence to organizational policies, code of conduct, and anti-harassment guidelines.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees and leaders on HR policies, compliance obligations, and grievance procedures.
- Strong expertise in HR policy formulation and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in internal HR audits and compliance assessments.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in grievance handling and conflict resolution with a balanced and empathetic approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and neutrality in sensitive matters.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s in HR preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, internal audit, or employee relations.
- Certification in labor laws, HR compliance, or internal auditing will be an added advantage.
