Plant Head

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing and packaging departments
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Review all production orders and processing schedules and make critical decisions about workflow strategies to ensure all customers receive goods on time.
• Test and monitor plant processes.

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred).
• MBA preferred.

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
