Job DescriptionThe Sales Support function is a key enabler for overall business success. The Sales Support Tier 1 team help Sales & Marketing functions in our regional field operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to business process management, business analysis & management reporting, and end user support. Sales Support work in a varied systems environment with platforms including SAP, SFDC, CPQ, MENDIX, QUART, Business Intelligence and custom-built solutions & reporting tools.ICB – Business Process Engineer plays a critical role in Providing first level end user support for reports, tools and processes, use internal reporting systems to provide key data to the sales organization and contribute to maintain quality in the data through dedicated governance processes, while also contributing to global initiatives across the Sales and Marketing Functions. This role is embedded within the Commercial Operations organization and focuses on driving business support, operational excellence, and alignment with global strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for all Tools and Process related issues.Providing first level end user support for reports, tools and processes.Collaborate with various functions like IT, GBS, ADG-COE, COpC, KE, LMS etc to provide exceptional user experience.Use internal reporting systems to provide key data to the Sales and Marketing organization including Channel PartnersContribute to maintain data Quality through dedicated governance processes.Act as functional testers for any new tool/enhancements.Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift (01:00 PM to 09:30 PM)QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.5–6 years of experience in operations, project/program/process management depending on the job level.Strong knowledge of SFDC, SAP CRM, ECC, CPQ and other Sales and Marketing Tools.Experience in Incident management, Help Desk, and Service Admin sub-processes.Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Experience working with regional and global teams; multilingual capabilities are a plus.Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
