Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and high-performance data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Data Engineering, GCP, Ascend, Python, and ETL processes, as well as a strong background in architectural design and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end data pipelines and drive data architecture decisions.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and develop robust data pipelines and ETL workflows.Lead the implementation of scalable data architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Leverage Ascend.io to orchestrate and automate data engineering tasks.Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code in Python.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and architectural roadmaps.Optimize data solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.Ensure data quality, security, and governance are embedded in all solutions.Guide and mentor junior data engineers on best practices and architectural standards.Key Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development.Proven experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.).Strong experience using Ascend.io for data pipeline orchestration.Advanced Python programming skills for data engineering tasks.In-depth knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and lakehouse architectures.Experience with tools like Airflow, DBT, or other orchestration frameworks is a plus.Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps for data workflows.Ability to work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:GCP Professional Data Engineer or Architect certification.Experience working in agile teams and modern data stack environments.Familiarity with data governance tools and principles.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud data solutions.Flexible hybrid work model in Hyderabad.Dynamic team with a strong culture of learning and innovation.Competitive compensation and benefits.
