Description:CTG is seeking to fill a Test Automation Architect opening.Location: RemoteDuration: 6 monthsRequirements:
  • The Test Automation Architect is sought for their proven ability to define overarching test automation strategies and design scalable frameworks from conception, establishing best practices for an automation-first approach. This includes strong expertise in Python as the core automation language, leveraging Pytest for robust test suites, and extensive experience with API testing for complex XML/JSON data. They must be proficient with GitHub for version control and understand CI/CD integration using platforms like GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.
  • Crucially, this role requires deep knowledge of testing AI/ML solutions, specifically around data transformation and intelligent JSON diffing techniques (e.g., using jsondiff, deepdiff) to validate AI outputs against golden records.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure consistent test environments and experience with static code analysis tools like SonarQube are also essential to guide the technical implementation and ensure high-quality, maintainable automation assets for the Gen-AI project.
  • Experience in Pharma co-vigilance is a bonus

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
